"Took a bit longer to ship than expected"
My order was totally fine once it arrived, but it took a few days before it even shipped, so it ended up taking longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge problem, but if I needed something quickly, I’d probably look elsewhere. I’d still order again, just not when I’m in a rush.

"Consistent enough for what I need"
I’ve ordered a few different oils from New Directions Aromatics now, and based on what I expected, they’ve been dependable. The scent, color, and texture have stayed close enough from batch to batch that I usually don’t need to change my blends much.
One batch was slightly different from the previous one, but not enough to cause any real problem. Shipping was fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because overall it’s been reliable and mostly lived up to what I was hoping for.

I was checking out a few oils and wanted to look at the COAs before buying, figuring I’d probably have to email support and wait around. But they were right there on the product pages, which was a nice surprise. Made it really easy to double-check everything and move on with my order...

"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I ordered a few oils the other day because I was running low and had been meaning to restock anyway. I was glad the shipping cost wasn’t ridiculous like it is on some other sites, where you get to checkout and suddenly the total makes no sense. The final price stayed reasonable, and my package showed up fine with no issues. It definitely makes me more likely to order again when the shipping doesn’t ruin the whole deal...

I really like how many options New Directions Aromatics has. It’s not just the usual essential oils either, they’ve got carrier oils, butters, clays, bottles, and a bunch of other supplies I don’t always see all in one place.
The site takes a little browsing sometimes, but the selection’s really solid and it’s easy to compare different options. I usually end up finding more than what I came for

I’ve ordered from New Directions Aromatics a few times now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The site feels reliable, my orders arrived as expected, and everything was packed well and matched what I bought. Shipping was a little slower one time, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I’d definitely say they seem trustworthy, I’d just plan ahead a bit if you need your items quickly.

"Gets the job done, but not always smoothly"
I had kind of mixed feelings using the site. It works and I was able to place my order without any real issues, but finding what I wanted took a bit longer than I expected. Some of the filters weren’t super intuitive, and a couple pages loaded slower than I’d like. Checkout was actually easy, though, so that part was fine. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little clunky in places.

I was looking through a few different oils and remembered how overwhelming it felt the last time I tried to compare this kind of stuff. On New Directions Aromatics, the descriptions were simple to follow, and the notes, suggested uses, and safety info actually helped me feel like I knew what I was picking.
I haven’t used everything yet, so I can’t speak to all the products, but the shopping part was a lot less confusing than I expected. The prices and sizes were clear too, which I appreciated. So far, I’m happy with the experience...

"My gut says they packed this really well"
I ordered a few oils from New Directions Aromatics, my main concern was whether they’d leak in transit. The whole time I had that gut feeling like, “Please don’t let this show up as an oily mess.” Thankfully, everything arrived packed really snug, and the caps were sealed properly. No leaks, no mess in the box, nothing to clean up. It’s a small thing, but with oils, it makes a big difference. Based on this order, I’d feel good ordering from them again.
